The customer 

Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in vehicle spare parts, operates complex machinery and equipment critical to their production processes. Regular maintenance is essential to avoid downtime and ensure continuous operations.


The challenge

The customer faced difficulties in scheduling and managing maintenance tasks for their machinery. They lacked a centralized system to track maintenance schedules, leading to missed or delayed maintenance activities, increased equipment downtime, and unexpected breakdowns. This negatively impacted production efficiency and overall operational costs.


The solution

To tackle this issue, we developed a Management Maintenance System (MMS) App that allows the customer to schedule, track, and manage all maintenance activities in one place. The app provides automated reminders for upcoming maintenance tasks, real-time tracking of ongoing work, and detailed maintenance history for each piece of equipment. This solution has helped the customer reduce equipment downtime, improve maintenance efficiency, and extend the lifespan of their machinery.
